What does the course involve?

Day 1

Identify your starting point

Before you can become the robust and 'bulletproof' version of you that you and your family needs you to be, you must first assess where you're currently at in order to build a strong platform to progress from. Today, you're going to be completely honest with yourself and begin holding yourself accountable.

Day 2

Battle your chimp

If you're going to learn how to overcome the voice in your ear, you need to learn how to challenge it. Today, you're going to test your limits and pull yourself out of your comfort zone so that you can get a sense of what it feels like to be in control of your body and mind.

Day 3

Become selfish in order to help others

Most parents don't see themselves as the priority. They feel selfish in doing so. Today, I am going to help you understand how prioritising yourself is one of the least selfish things you can do, and show you a couple of different ways in which you can do this without it taking up a lot of your time.

Day 4

Build a Winning Morning Routine

I teach my clients a number of different daily routines, but this one is no doubt the most important because it helps you begin each day in the most positive and productive way possible. Today, I will give you a few strategies to ensure that each day is a good one, regardless of the 'uncontrollable'.

Day 5

Create your mission

The biggest cure for procrastination and overwhelm is clarity and planning. Today, I will show you how to navigate your future and plan ahead so that you're clear on what you need to do in order to become the person you want to be.

My name is Karl Page

I'm a highly experienced performance coach to athletes and busy, ambitious, men who are struggling to prioritise themselves outside of their business/career and family obligations. 

 

I am on a mission to help blokes: 

  • Thrive

I have been guiding individuals in this way for over 13 years since leaving the Royal Marines in 2011. During this time, I have completed both a Bachelors Degree (BSc with Honours) and Masters Degree (MSc) as well as held high-responsibility roles within professional sports including:

  • Professional Rugby League

  • Professional Ice Hockey

  • Professional Tennis (ATP)

  • Professional Rally (motorsport)

... in addition to coaching individuals through special forces selection, I have worked with other members of the armed forces, police and prison service. I have also coached individuals competing in Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, BJJ, MMA, Thai Kick Boxing, Competitive Bodybuilding, Multi-Day Mountain Ultra-Running, Triathlon, Marathon and other long distance running events... to name just a few!

 

On a personal level, I am an incredibly proud father of two boys with my incredible partner Abi! I am thoroughly passionate about all things health, strength sports and fitness. I am fairly new to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu which I like to train 3-5 times per week alongside running and strength & conditioning.

I am a qualified Mountaineer and love to take groups into the hills for short expeds as part of our meet-ups. I adore teaching all things mountaineering, climbing, nav, bushcraft, wild camping and outdoor survival.

I am incredibly passionate about helping busy, frustrated blokes, particularly fathers, as I have been through my own battles over the years, be it: 

  • Confusion with my identity

  • Lack of direction

  • Lack of purpose

  • Lack of self-confidence

  • Gaining weight as a result of my poor state of mind

However, I have also been incredibly fortunate in that my experiences have coincided with working alongside some fantastic professionals that I have had the privilege of learning from along the way, including some brilliant psychologists and neuroscientists.

I feel as though I have learnt from the best and as a result I have already helped hundreds of individuals overcome their own self-limiting beliefs and bad habits in order to achieve their dreams and goals whilst forging a mindset of an elite operator.

I get such a kick out of helping people overcome their obstacles, that I now dedicate all of my working week to helping men become the best versions of themselves, both physically and mentally.

 

During my experience to-date, I have concluded that busy blokes don't prioritise themselves. They spend their entire day focusing on the needs of others, be it their partners, children, family, friends or even work colleagues / customers. It’s costing many to suffer mentally, emotionally and physically.

 

This lack of focus on themselves contributes to them slipping into that dreaded rut, leaving them on an every-day hamster wheel.

Despite us all having very different backgrounds, up-bringings and experiences, I have found that we all have the same inner-battles. We all have the same frustrations. We all have the same voice in our ear that stops us from showing-up and doing what we said we were going to do. Ultimately, we all have the same goals.

 

It is my aim, through my course and coaching, to help you get out of the hole you've dug yourself into... help you step-off the hamster the wheel... show up, and become the man you say you want to be.

 

I will help you boost your energy levels, increase your self-confidence, teach you how to overcome the 'voice in your ear', improve your focus, give you direction, find your purpose, and get you in the shape of your life!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1 / How much does it cost?

Just £50! I've done these course for years, and despite the tasks taking just 10-20 minutes... numbers start to dwindle around mid week and the excuses start to flood in. My goal is to help as many blokes as physically possible, and this is one of the first steps I take in order to do so. The week is awesome... but you need to complete it in order to experience the benefits. The £50 payment brings a sense of value is an incentive for you to do the work. If you fail to complete all the tasks, you've waisted your money. It's a show of commitment to yourself, and it secures one of the limited slots and ensures you have a place. 

2 / What's the catch?

There isn't one... provided you show up for 10-20 minutes each day, of course. During the week, I will be keeping an eye out for those who continue to show up, complete the tasks and hold themselves accountable. Toward the end of the week, I will present an opportunity to these individuals that will be too good miss. Regardless of your experience, you are welcome to join us on the 5 day challenge, and take from it what you will.

3 / How does it work?

The tasks I set will take no longer than 10-20 mins to complete each day. The tasks are very thought provoking and I insist on putting a time cap on completing each task to prevent procrastination and overwhelm. To add, it is important that what we do becomes sustainable so it is not my intention to add to your already busy schedules.

 

There will also be a live call plus a Q&A for approximately 30 mins. I would strongly recommend that you join in with the call. That being said, if you can't make that time, you can watch the recording back whenever you like during the week. The main thing is that you complete the task each day and provide evidence that you've done it.
