Operation Rebuild is a 1:1 coaching programme that leads those who are tired of their current circumstances yet have ambition or a significant need for change.

 

It is for those in NEED OF DIRECTION, guidance and accountability, to achieve OPTIMAL HEALTH, STATE OF MIND, CONFIDENCE, as well as physical, personal and professional PERFORMANCE.

My focus is to help you achieve your dreams and visions. To help you live congruently with the identity you want, be that for yourself, or your desire to become a role model. I know that you want to achieve everything at once... but this often leads to the belief that you have an ‘all-or-nothing’ mentality. It’s bulls**t. This is just a narrative.

Achieving optimal health, mental robustness and performance, while learning to thrive, requires self-mastery, mental resilience, and constantly pushing beyond your comfort zone.

Perhaps you have experienced being lean, fit, strong, and confident in the past, but right now you are struggling to maintain momentum and consistency while balancing your high-level responsibilities across work and family.

Consequently, you end up living an average life and you know that you’ll regret your decisions once you're too old to do something about it.

 

Pain, injury, poor health, self sabotage and lack of fitness hinder you from doing everything you've ever wanted. What's worse is that, if you have children, it directly affects them too.

I’m aware that no plan or strategy is 'perfect' if your head isn't in the right place. You fail to get the results you dream of because you're programmed to listen to the 'voice in your ear'.

 

Procrastination leads to a lack of consistency and therefore you're unable to SHOW-UP often enough and do what you said you would in order to get the results you crave.

 

I'll walk you through everything you need in order to overcome that voice... develop self-mastery, emotional resilience, decision making, self-confidence, clarity, sense of direction & purpose.

I’m extremely passionate about all things strength & endurance. Particularly the science and art of developing them concurrently. You'll have a bespoke programme designed for you so you can achieve the outcome you dream of.

In addition to optimising strength & endurance, be it for an event or simply personal gain... I also like to bridge the gap between performance and 'lifespan'...

...I want to help ensure that lack of ability, lack of fitness, injury or pain never gets in the way of you doing the things you want to do in later life.

I will help you refine and master everything from morning routines, transition routines and bedtime routines, to helping you manage stress, deal with difficult situations and overcome irrational thinking.

I will also strive to optimise your hormones and physiological health using a functional blood analysis whilst providing you with the necessary interventions to dial in these essential health markers.

Burn-out, fatigue or lack of energy and enthusiasm will never get in the way of your progress whilst you work with me!
